Following the resounding success of the Dettol School Hygiene program's closeout event, Her Excellency Mrs. Toyin Ojora Saraki, the Founder and President of Wellbeing Foundation Africa (WBFA), led the WBFA High-Level Goodwill Visit to the Reckitt Nigeria Headquarters in Lagos, accompanied by the WBFA Lagos Projects Team. The purpose of the visit was to build on the existing partnership on the Dettol Hygiene Quest program and explore new avenues of collaboration. This visit marked a marked a significant step in the collaboration towards a cleaner, and healthier Nigeria.
First-Ever Training Program for Midwives On The Use of The VScan Portable Hand-Held Ultrasound Machine In Lagos State.
Two weeks ago, the first successful training program for midwives on the use of the VScan portable hand-held ultrasound machine was held in Abuja, organized by the Wellbeing Foundation Africa in partnership with General Electric. The training aimed to equip midwives with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the VScan machine and improve maternal and fetal outcomes.

The Wellbeing Foundation Africa (WBFA) has donated eight General Electric (GE) VScan handheld ultrasound machines to primary healthcare facilities across Nigeria as well as provide training to midwives on the use of the VScan Portable Ultrasound Machine.
